The Conscious Leadership Program illuminates the paradigm of sustainability and builds on the systems perspective and the current human and planetary challenges. It transports us throughout the cultural forms to grasp the world and its evolution, to then lead us further into the characteristics and qualities of the Conscious Leader and the practices that contribute to its cultivation.

It is designed to offer a new comprehension and experience of the global reality, enhance the role of the individual, and motivate harmonious, integrated collective action towards a shared purpose.
