Mindful Practices Al Natural
Mindful Practices Al Natural
Based on millenary traditions that create benefits that are recognized today by modern science, and led by a gentle guide, Natural Practices fosters the cultivation of full attention, presence and grounding on the present moment as pathways to access the source of wisdom itself, to deepen the experience of living, and to feel the possibilities of the future enhanced with intention.
Adequate, diligent and constant practice, related to objects of attention, such as breathing, the body, movement or an element in the field of attention, allows for quieting the fluctuations of the mind.
Free from conditioning, the mind focuses more easily and becomes more perceptive. It also improves the nervous system’s capacity for self-regulation on a daily basis, creating a state of profound and generalized well-being that impacts positively all human faculties.
The unitary conscience also allows for a sense of intimacy with impermanence: the underlying change of all reality, and from there, deeper spaces for comprehension of life, human experience and our creations unfold.
Natural Practices includes a signature combination of controlled breathing (pranayama), observation of breathing, mindfulness and other types of meditation, body postures (asanas), and conscious movement, as well as other practices that increase attention and confidence in the information provided by the social field, among them social resonance.
Natural Practices is offered periodically as face-to-face workshops and sessions in Miami mainly focused on a practice (for example, yoga), that allows the person to deepen the path towards personal mastery.
Ask for the individual, group and organization programs. Also, custom-made programs are possible.

”I am convinced that exploring our internal world, cultivating full attention and the capacity to be present, moment by moment, are vital qualities, not only for our personal lives, but also essential in our professional lives, and as part of groups if we want to bring about a positive change, that is significant and effective in the world we share”.
Natural Yoga has been a discovery and a great experience. I have experienced sensations in my body that I had never felt before. Now, I return to the present more easily, and I solve conflicts in my mind.

”Between a stimulus and a response, there is a space. In that space is our power to choose our response. In our response lies our growth and freedom”.
